Unscreened Topsoil
Unscreened topsoil is simply soil that has been excavated from a site and is perfect for leveling or filling in low areas. Since the soil has never been broken down, it may still contain weeds, roots, sticks or rocks and may not always be suited for gardening use. We offer our unscreened topsoil at $12.50 per CY. The main uses of unscreened topsoil are:

Screened Topsoil
Screened topsoil is essentially same as unscreened soil, but it has been sifted to remove additional rocks, clumps, roots and other debris. This is a preferred soil type when gardening, seeing that this composition can help plants flourish and is great for potting soil, compost or fertilizer. Since it's mainly loose or easy to amend, it's preferred for drainage. We offer screened topsoil for $23.00 per CY.
