Asphalt Milling Materials for Roadways, Driveways & Site Work

What Are Asphalt Millings?

Recycled Pavement Aggregate

Asphalt millings are reclaimed pavement materials that can be reused for a variety of surface and base needs. They’re commonly applied and compacted to form a firm layer.

Cost-Effective Alternative to Hot Asphalt

Millings are often chosen when a more affordable surface is preferred. They can be a good fit for certain projects where full paving isn’t required.

Environmentally Friendly Construction Material

Because the material is reused, asphalt millings can help reduce waste and limit the need for new raw materials. This makes them a popular option for projects with sustainability goals.

Benefits of Asphalt Milling Aggregate

Durable Surface for Roads and Parking Areas

When properly placed and compacted, millings can create a solid surface for light-to-moderate traffic areas. They’re often used for access roads and parking sections.

Excellent Compaction

Asphalt millings compact tightly, helping create a smoother and more stable finish over time. This can also support better overall performance in many conditions.

Lower Maintenance Requirements

Compared to loose stone options, millings may require less frequent touch-ups once compacted. Routine upkeep can still depend on traffic and site conditions.

Asphalt Millings Delivery & Installation Support

  • Bulk Hauling for Large Projects: Earthmovers offers bulk hauling options to match larger job requirements and site schedules. Deliveries are coordinated based on access, placement needs, and availability.
