Without topsoil, EarthMovers would just be “Movers.” This material is where most of Earth’s plants and trees can grow, and is typically the top 5-10 inches of soil needed for a construction job.

NOTE: We only accept certain types of materials. Hazardous wastes, oils, chemicals, wood; steel, and plastic pipe will NOT be accepted.
A Certificate of Conformity must be filled out and signed before any materials will be accepted.
Before any materials are accepted, you must fill out and sign a Certificate of Conformity. Per the discretion of an EMI employee, we can refuse any load at any time.
Yardage will be based on the figures below, with materials charged a flat rate of $6.50 per cubic yard. Any adjustment to quantities will be made on an individual basis by the yard supervisor.
